Welcome to a practical coaching course for those working with young athletes. We will outline a clear process to becoming a better coach. Be prepared to walk away with a proven program to implement with your athletes.

Purpose
We all aim to provide a positive sport program to our children. But how specifically do you do that? First, we want to be abundantly clear about our guiding purpose so that we may explore how best to meet our core objectives.

Development
How do children learn? We have done the research so that you do not have to. You will explore critical concepts about the learning process so that you can be confident that you are maximizing both learning and joy. Your positive mentorship matters.

Content
What content is most important to teach? The amount of information can be overwhelming. We will present one content model that will guide you. Our TOVOP APP model presents sophisticated concepts in a palatable manner so that you can coach effectively. Your athletes will come to understand the game in simple terms.
