TOVO T3 Course: TOVO Team Management

Team Management
This course guides coaches familiar with TOVO toward an ever greater depth of understanding. We will detail how to manage a team effectively and how best to execute the craft of coaching while doing so. This course moves into a game model that nurtures success for the individual and the collective.

Active Learning
We are all colleagues on this journey. And while T1 and T2 were more instructional by nature, this course is designed to address real issues you encounter and to engage all participants in providing solutions to team management. Consider this course a meeting of the minds who have vast experience implementing TOVO.

We offer interactive workshops to detail the implementation of holistic training in competitive environments. We will address training competitive athletes and map out an effective strategy to manage individual players and the team.

Field Sessions & Pro Club Visit
