There are some amazing principles that you can apply to any style of football. So, why not understand them and execute them? By understanding and executing principles of play, you will be a better footballer. We have set out 14 Principles of Play. As you will see these principles are divided into three main headings: Managing Oneself, Managing Space and Managing the Ball.
