TOVO T1 Course: TOVO Training

The Architecture of Intelligent Training
TOVO Training provides coaches a new architecture for developing talent. We present an innovative approach to maximizing our players’ intelligence and provide participants with useful strategies to develop footballers of great cognition, competence and character.

Our ideal is to develop complete players, those who will learn to take on the challenges the game presents with intelligence and skill. To do that, we have an opportunity redesign our training programs to maximize the full potential of our players.

Blended Learning
This course will be presented in three learning environments: online, the classroom, and the field. To start the program, participants will prepare by studying the online modules. Then, in person, each participant will participate in the classroom workshops and the on field sessions in Sitges, Spain.

We engage coaches in interactive workshops to detail the fundamental concepts of dynamic training. In these workshops we will determine the unique characteristics of competitive athletes and map out an effective strategy to develop total footballers.

Field Sessions

Online Modules
Coaches will begin their program online with an exploration into the TOVO Methodology. From the initial exploration into innovation through the details of a coherent program, the modules will support the learning process. Thus all coaches will arrive to Spain with the basic concepts covered.
