We would like to welcome you to our V1 Coaching Course. In this online program we will introduce you to our TOVO Training methodology. This program is designed for coaches willing to reconsider training and to explore new possibilities. If you have come this far, you probably are already an adventurous coach eager to serve your players well.

During this course, we will explore the research and the concepts supporting what we believe to be the best
way to develop players of great cognition, competence, and character. In fact, we place a great deal of emphasis on football intelligence and how to nurture it in our players. We look forward to showing exactly how we do this.

In Lesson 1 we would like to detail how to proceed, and explain a bit about why this training program works well in developing total footballers.
