To be completely honest, we are in debt to the many coaches and educators that have come before us. In football, we are fortunate to have the vision of Johan Cruyff and Pep Guardiola to inspire us. In education, we are compelled to consider the work of Maria Montessori and John Dewey. TOVO Training at its core is a combination of a clear vision and sound pedagogical practices.

In this section, we honor Johan Cruyff and his contributions to the game. We do so to give credit where credit is due and to share with you some morsels of wisdom that can be so beneficial to us as coaches and leaders of young people.
