The challenge of embracing the TOVO Training methodology will not be in the efficacy of the methodology itself. We have a proven program that significantly improves the cognition, competence and character of footballers.

The challenge of embracing this approach is that it departs from traditional training and uproots the assumptions of talent development to which you have been exposed. Many of these assumptions are so deep-seated that they are accepted as fact.

With this in mind, approaching any new endeavor requires an open-mind and a willingness to entertain innovation as a positive and constant force in sport and beyond. This is easier said than done as humans are resistant to change by nature.
